Approaching the 3rd Start up

MSI Japan had started as Live Sound MOB in 1979. We then capitally tied up with MSI USA in 1993, introduced the world’s first line source array speaker, V-dosc (Worldwide patent), to Japan in 1998. We have always tried to improve ourselves on the technical level so that we can contribute to the community. We have always kept in our mind that our business concept is [We are the ONLY company that makes full use of management resources which are geared towards equipment development and personnel training. Through this practice, highly competent and talented employees are produced.]

By greeting the 30th anniversary in 2009, MSI Japan locates its position as [The third Start up]. Noticing the change of new business territories and change of environment of competition, we had spin off MSI Japan into separate companies under MSI Holdings. By doing group management, our axis would be [Enlargement of Domain identity] [structural construction][formulation of engineer and human resource development] and we are aiming that MSI would be a company that is worth working for.

Strengthening the group management system

MSI Japan Group had become a Holdings Company from April 11th, 2009. Under MSI Japan Holdings Co., Ltd, we had started a New Group Business System with MSI Japan Tokyo, MSI Japan Osaka and MSI Japan Agency (HITEC), who are the center of the company with affiliated companies, MSI Japan Hong Kong and Audiobrains.

We strongly believe that through this business system, the well diversified MSI Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. is able to expand the platform of co-operation among each group company. By fully utilizing our personnel resources and collaboration of different business areas, we will be able to achieve a highly efficient development as a whole.
